Nikolakos Villa measures 100 sq.m. all in the same level with direct access to the infinity swimming pool and the amazing sea view. Upon entering the villa you will find a fully equipped open plan kitchen with everything you might need and the living room. Next to them you will find two big bedrooms with their own bathroom exactly opposite. One bedroom provides a queen size bed and the other one provides two single beds that can be converted into one king size bed. Our villa also offers a BBQ area with an outdoor dining table so you can enjoy your meals, sunbeds to relax and parking space; all in a total privacy.
